Anchovy pie with white wine and poppy seeds

Ingredients (4 people)

500g of fresh anchovies

100g black olives

70g anchovy fillets in oil

Breadcrumbs to taste

1 bunch of parsley

50g poppy seeds


Black pepper

1 hot fresh chilli

Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste


Chop the black olives, anchovy fillets in olive oil, parsley and chilli. Mix the bread crumbs with the salt, black pepper, poppy seeds and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Clean and fillet the fresh anchovies placing them in an oiled crown-shape baking tin. Fill the tin with the breadcrumb mix finishing with the fresh anchovies. Bake the pie in a water bath in an oven for 15 minutes at 140 °. Serve on a platter and decorate with poppy seeds.
