Taking the sensory experience of the multiplicity together with the supreme synthesis of flavours, is the essence of the cuisine by Chef Riccardo Sculli of the restaurant Gambero Rosso, where tradition, innovation and creativity are sought and meet the passionate conquest of the balance of flavours.
Emblematic is the dish “Tagliolino in squid ink with raw prawn tartar and sprinkled with muggine roe”, the menu that brings out the fish of the Costa Jasmine.
Local dishes are the “Alalunga” e “Lampuga”with black olives and capers pesto, and in general the raw fish from the Ionian Sea. The Gambero Rosso a historic and prestigious restaurant marked by the prestigious Michelin star Guide 2013.
The cellar is run by sommelier Francesco Sculli and counts with over 300 wines from all the Italian regions including Calabria.
