Luca Abbruzzino best emergent chef from the South of Italy

The Catanzerian Luca Abbruzzino has received the widely ambitioned award that any young chef will dream of having. In the competition held in Naples for the Best Southern Italian Emerging Chef award, Luca Abbruzzino came in second place with his dishes “Ravioli a pasta china” for the theme dish, and the “Cod caprese with olives” for the free theme. He also grabbed the “Naturally Ferrarelle” price.
